Platform Rules & User Agreement

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("the Player", "User", "You") and pbd9 ("the Platform", "We", "Us", "Our"). By accessing, browsing, registering on, or otherwise using the pbd9 platform at pbd9.app, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms in full.

These Terms apply to all services provided by pbd9, including but not limited to: online casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting (including cricket betting), crash games, fishing games, slot games, promotional offers, payment processing, customer support interactions, and any other feature or service made available through the pbd9 platform.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the pbd9 platform and close your account if one has been created. Continued use of the platform after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. The effective date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document.

Scope of Agreement

These Terms should be read alongside the pbd9 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into this agreement. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any specific promotional terms, the specific promotional terms apply solely to that promotion, and these Terms continue to govern all other aspects of your use of the platform.

Language

The authoritative version of these Terms is written in English. pbd9 operates in English as its primary service language for the Bangladesh market. Any communication between pbd9 and a player — including support responses, dispute correspondence, and account notices — will be conducted in English.

Access to pbd9 and all services provided through the platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. pbd9 operates an absolute 18+ minimum age policy with no exceptions. 18+
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, bots, scripts, and automated systems may not register as players.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which accessing online gambling services is explicitly prohibited under local law.
• You must not be self-excluded from the pbd9 platform or any other gambling platform under an active exclusion agreement.
• You must not be registered as a problem gambler with any national or international responsible gambling registry.

Age Verification

pbd9 takes its obligation to prevent underage gambling with the utmost seriousness. During account registration, all players are required to confirm their age and date of birth. pbd9 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time — including but not limited to a national identity card, passport, or birth certificate issued by a competent authority in Bangladesh or another recognized jurisdiction.

Where pbd9 has reasonable grounds to believe that a registered account belongs to a person under 18 years of age, the account will be suspended immediately pending investigation. If the suspicion is confirmed, the account will be permanently closed, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and any deposited funds returned to the payment source used. Any winnings accrued on an underage account will be forfeited.

One Account Per Player

Each eligible individual may hold only one active pbd9 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. pbd9 uses automated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are confirmed, all accounts associated with the same individual will be closed and any balances forfeited.

Account registration requires the submission of accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh.

You warrant that all information provided during registration is true, accurate, current, and complete. Providing false, misleading, or fabricated registration details is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure without the return of any deposited funds.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Requirements

pbd9 applies KYC verification procedures in accordance with responsible gaming and fraud prevention best practices. All players are required to complete verification before their first withdrawal is processed. Verification requires the submission of:

• Proof of Identity: A clear copy of a government-issued photo ID (National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence).

Account Credentials & Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your pbd9 login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any security codes with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorized by you or not — is your sole responsibility. pbd9 will never contact you by phone, email, or any other channel to request your account password or payment PIN. Any such contact purporting to be from pbd9 should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team without delay.

Account Currency

All pbd9 player accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The ৳ Taka symbol is used throughout the platform to denote account balances, bet amounts, bonus values, and withdrawal figures. No currency conversion takes place for deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, or BRAC Bank. For card payments via Visa or Mastercard issued in foreign currencies, conversion to BDT is applied at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction.

• Deposits made for the sole purpose of qualifying for a bonus and then immediately withdrawn without wagering activity may be flagged as bonus abuse and result in account restriction.

Withdrawal Rules

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to availability and verification status.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is 1–4 hours for fully verified accounts. Accounts pending KYC documentation may experience delays until verification is complete.
• Withdrawals are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) only. The minimum withdrawal amount and any applicable limits are displayed in the Cashier section.
• pbd9 may request additional verification documents before processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds, at its sole discretion.
• Funds originating from bonus credits must satisfy the applicable wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal.
• pbd9 reserves the right to reverse or cancel a withdrawal request if fraudulent activity is suspected on the account pending investigation.

In the event of a conflict, the specific promotional terms take precedence for that promotion only.

Welcome Bonus

New players who register a verified pbd9 account and make their first qualifying deposit are eligible to receive the welcome bonus. The bonus credits a 200% match of the deposited amount, up to a maximum bonus value of ৳20,000. The minimum qualifying deposit to trigger the welcome bonus is stated on the promotion page. Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds at pbd9 are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or the combined deposit and bonus amount, as stated per promotion) must be turned over in qualifying bets before a withdrawal request will be approved. The following general rules apply to wagering:

• Bets placed on restricted games during an active bonus period do not contribute to wagering requirements and may result in bonus forfeiture.

Bonus Abuse

pbd9 actively monitors bonus activity for patterns indicative of abuse. Actions constituting bonus abuse include but are not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; hedging bets across opposing outcomes to reduce wagering risk artificially; using automated scripts to meet wagering requirements; and exploiting errors or technical glitches in game mathematics to accumulate bonus credit. Any confirmed case of bonus abuse will result in immediate bonus forfeiture, account closure, and the recovery of any related winnings.

Seasonal & Festival Promotions

pbd9 offers seasonal promotions tied to culturally significant periods in Bangladesh — including Eid al-Fitr, Eid al-Adha, Pohela Boishakh (Bengali New Year), and BPL cricket season. These promotions are framed as entertainment incentives and carry specific start and end dates, eligible payment method requirements, and wagering conditions. All betting and gaming activity on pbd9 is governed by these Terms together with the specific rules applicable to each game or market. By placing a bet or initiating a game round, you confirm that you understand and accept the applicable rules and that your participation is voluntary and for entertainment purposes.

Casino Games

All casino games available on pbd9 — including slots, live dealer tables, crash games, and fishing games — are provided by internationally certified game studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, BGaming, and Hacksaw Gaming. • All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. pbd9 is not responsible for odds changes between the time a bet is initiated and the time it is confirmed.
• In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended at any time without notice, including due to technical issues, score changes, or match suspension.
• pbd9 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was opened or settled in error, including manifest pricing errors.
• Match abandonment, postponement, or relocation rules are stated in the sport-specific rules section of the pbd9 sportsbook. In general, postponed cricket matches that do not resume within 48 hours are treated as void.
• The maximum payout per bet and per day is subject to limits set by pbd9 and displayed in the sportsbook terms. These limits may vary by sport and market type.

Bet Integrity

pbd9 will not pay out winnings on bets where there is reasonable evidence of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or other corrupt activity affecting the outcome of the event wagered upon. Where such evidence exists, pbd9 will void the relevant bets, notify the appropriate authorities, and cooperate fully with any investigation. Players found to have placed bets with prior knowledge of fixed outcomes will have their accounts closed and winnings forfeited.

Technical Errors

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or other system error during a game session or live bet, pbd9's server records will be used as the definitive reference to determine the outcome of any affected round or bet. Where a definitive outcome cannot be determined from server records, the affected round will be voided and the wagered stake returned to the player's account. pbd9 accepts no liability for losses arising from player-side technical issues including internet disconnections or device failures.

pbd9 maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward conduct that compromises the integrity of the platform, harms other users, or violates applicable laws. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pbd9 platform:

• Registering more than one player account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or account credentials without their explicit authorization.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized means, including stolen payment credentials.
• Using the pbd9 platform for money laundering, structuring, or any other activity designed to disguise the origin of funds.
• Employing automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or other software designed to automate gameplay, place bets, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to accumulate credits, winnings, or bonus funds — any such winnings will be voided upon discovery.
• Colluding with other players to fix the outcome of games, tournaments, or betting markets.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to extract the source code or underlying logic of any pbd9 game or platform component.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing pbd9 staff or other platform users through any communication channel.
• Publishing, distributing, or transmitting any content through the pbd9 platform that is defamatory, obscene, or in violation of any applicable law.

pbd9 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account found to have engaged in any of the above prohibited activities. In such cases, pbd9 may retain any account balance as partial compensation for losses incurred due to the prohibited conduct, without prejudice to any other legal remedies available to pbd9.

pbd9 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to the following:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the required timeframe.
• Confirmed or suspected fraudulent, criminal, or prohibited activity on the account.
• Receipt of a chargeback or disputed payment from a player's bank or mobile money provider.
• A court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request requiring account restriction.
• The player is found to be under 18 years of age at the time of registration or at any subsequent point.
• The account has been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months with a zero balance.

Voluntary Account Closure

Players may close their pbd9 account at any time by contacting [email protected] with a written request to close the account. Prior to closure, any remaining balance (after satisfying outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses) will be processed as a withdrawal to the player's verified payment method. Account closure requests are processed within 3 business days.

Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent self-exclusion by contacting [email protected]. During a self-exclusion period, the account will be locked, all marketing communications will cease, and re-registration attempts will be blocked. Dormant Account Policy

An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity (no login, deposit, bet, or withdrawal). pbd9 will provide advance notice via the registered email address before applying any dormancy administration fees to inactive accounts with a remaining balance, as permitted by applicable policies. Players are encouraged to log in periodically or contact [email protected] to reactivate a dormant account.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pbd9's total liability to any player — arising from any cause connected to use of the platform, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim. pbd9 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses, including loss of winnings, loss of data, or reputational damage, however arising. Use of the pbd9 platform is entirely at the player's own risk.
